This privacy policy explains what information the mobile game PING: The New Pong ("the app", "we") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The short version: we do not require an account, we do not collect your name, email, or contacts, and your game data stays on your device. The only data collection happens through the standard third-party services described below (advertising and app-store purchases).
The app has no sign-up or login. We do not collect, store, or transmit your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or any government identifiers. We operate no servers of our own and cannot see your gameplay.
Your progress — coins, unlocked skins, scores, achievements, settings, and any custom background wallpaper image you choose to upload — is saved locally on your device using the app's private storage. It is never uploaded to us. Uninstalling the app deletes this data. Custom wallpaper images you select never leave your device.
The app shows advertisements served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service operated by Google. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may automatically collect certain device information, including:

Your choices: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads). You can also remove all banner advertising permanently via the "Remove ads" purchase inside the app.
The app offers optional purchases (removing ads, coin bundles, supporter packs, and cosmetic items). All payments are processed entirely by Google Play. We never receive or store your payment card details, billing address, or financial information. Purchase receipts are validated through Google Play Billing (and RevenueCat, a purchase-management service, which processes only anonymized purchase tokens — see https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy). Some in-app items ("Lucky Boxes") contain randomized cosmetic rewards; the full contents and exact odds are displayed inside the app before any purchase. Refunds are handled by Google Play according to its refund policy.
The app is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ad serving is configured through Google's standard mechanisms in accordance with applicable law. If you believe a child has provided data through the app's third-party services, contact us and we will assist in addressing it.
We do not sell your personal information. We share no data with third parties beyond the service providers described above (Google AdMob, Google Play, RevenueCat), each of which processes data under its own privacy policy for the purposes described.
Game data is retained only on your device and only for as long as the app is installed. Data collected by third-party services is retained according to those services' policies.
Depending on your region (e.g. EU/EEA under GDPR, California under CCPA), you may have rights to access, delete, or restrict processing of personal data held by the third-party services listed above; those requests can be made directly through the device-level controls described in Section 3 or via Google's privacy tools at https://myaccount.google.com. For anything within our control, contact us using the details below.
Online multiplayer features are planned but not currently active. If and when they launch, this policy will be updated in advance to describe any new data handling (such as matchmaking identifiers or leaderboard names), and the in-app version will link to the updated policy.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
